Data Deletion and Retention

Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. When we receive a verified request, we will delete all records associated with your account that we are legally able to remove.

Immutability of Sent Communications

Our platforms are designed to create a verifiable record. As such, any message, entry, or record you send or submit to another user functions like an email or text message. Once it has been sent, it is considered part of the permanent record and cannot be retracted, edited, or deleted. This is a core feature that ensures the integrity and accountability of the platform.

Multi-User Account Deletion (VerityLog Example)

For products involving multiple users, such as VerityLog, data associated with the shared space (e.g., conversations, calendar events) will only be deleted if all primary users (e.g., both co-parents) submit a verified deletion request.

Legal Hold Exception

Data will not be deleted if it is subject to a legal hold placed by a verified legal professional (e.g., a lawyer, mediator) through the product's professional portal. A legal professional must actively renew this data hold every 90 days. If the hold is not renewed, the data will be subject to our standard deletion policy upon request.
